Step One : When you receive your email. Please register each participant.
Step Two : When you come for training, please wear shorts/ leggings/ sweatpants, t-shirt, lace up shoes are preferred (slip-on shoes come off on the obstacles), and bring a water bottle.
Absolutely NO crocs, sandals, flip flops. No bare feet.
