Step One : When you receive your email. Please the following information for each athlete.
- We will need their full name.
- We will need their age.
- We will need their gender at birth.
- If you ordered t-shirts. We will confirm quantity and shirt size(s).

Step Two : If you have never done Ninja Warrior before, or if you have and would like to increase your skillsets take advantage of our training sessions prior to the competition.

Refund Policy:
There are no refunds with the exception of a medical emergency or illness or military deployment. You MUST bring a Doctor's note on medical facility letterhead to Soar Over Obstacles in order to receive credit for future training at Soar Over Obstacles or copy of your military deployment/ PCS orders, at which time we will refund you. We are a Veteran Owned business, so we understand.
