Cancellation and Refund Policy

Introduction
"Soar Over Obstacles LLC" is committed to lawful, fair, and transparent company practices. Membership begins the day of sign up and has a minimum of 4-month agreement beginning the 1st day of the following full month. If you wish to cancel within the 4 months agreement you will have to pay 1 additional month beyond the current month. After 4 months, the agreement automatically renews on a month-to-month basis. Your month-to-month agreement may be canceled within 10 days prior to the beginning of the following month by WRITTEN notice in person or via email to Coach Storm Sims. Please send email to storm@soaroverobstacles.com. An email response will be sent to you within 72 hours acknowledging cancellation. If an email response is not sent, please call Soar Over Obstacles at 931-229-0894 so we can make the correction and the cancellation can go smoothly. There is NO refund of the current month membership fee after the 1st of the month. If you have entered Soar Over Obstacles ecosystem via a special offer. Then the terms of the offer will apply as documented on your agreement paperwork.
