  • What are the session times?

We have session times which fit into everyone's schedule. Morning sessions, afternoon sessions, and evening sessions.

  • When does the 5-Week Summer Slim Down Challenge begin?

Saturday, 13 May 2023 at 9am, and will run for 5 weeks.

  • How much does it cost to participate in the Challenge?

The 5-Week Summer Slim Down is valued at $1400. You get A LOT with this program. Fitness, Nutrition, Accountability, Charting. However, for those who take action the pricing won't be $1400. The entire program is $500, with only $50 down today. $250 on start day, and remaining $200 at week 3. 

  • What will be required of me during the program?

You'll need to come to Soar Over Obstacles for training, 2-3 times per week. We will assist you with following through on your meal plan, keeping you accountable. Our Coaches will be helping you all along the way. You'll be in a fun, energetic environment.  

  • Who is the Challenge for?

The program is for Women and Men, no matter your fitness level or age. We've had people in our Challenges anywhere from late 20s -  late 60s, some people day 1 of their fitness journey, never having worked out before. We've had Moms and Dads that used to be athletic, then,....family. People who have had previous and current injuries. So you are not alone in what we've seen in our program.  

  • What if I can't do a certain exercise or I have previous injuries?

Our Coaches can modify exercises right on the spot, so if you have a current or previous injury. We don't want to add to it.
